BellCommander features an extremely powerful and specialized audio scheduler which supports a wide variety of scheduling including traditional and block scheduling, assembly schedules, holidays, early dismissals, and more. BellCommander includes many built-in sounds, including pleasant tones and chimes, and any MP3 file can be played. In addition to its powerful features, BellCommander's use of standardized technologies can save thousands of dollars in equipment, installation, and maintenance costs of a traditional intercom/bell system.
BellCommander features an innovative patent-pending option which uses network audio devices and client PCs to send different audio to different locations like "zones" in a traditional intercom system. The solution is perfect for playing different audio to different buildings or rooms. This is ideal for school bells in schools with different schedules and for stores where different areas of the store need different product announcements. Since each client can receive different audio, announcements can be targetted to specific classrooms. The solution is also great for home use to send different types of music to different areas of the home for a really unique experience for guests.

BellCommander will be offered in two downloadable versions, including a trial version with limited features and a limited evaluation period, and a paid version with all features enabled.

The paid version of BellCommander may not be distributed without the express written consent and binding contract with AcroVista Software. If the software is made available through a serial code to unlock paid features, then the serial codes may not be distributed without the express written consent and binding contract with AcroVista Software. All versions of BellCommander must be the original versions from AcroVista Software. Any distribution of patches or unapproved versions is strictly prohibited.
